Kids and parents are doing the best they can with the tools they have. Blaming either is not helpful.

The solution is to get more tools.

 

When kids struggle behaviorally, they have the ability to do better.

 

Misbehavior is not ‘in your genes’. Good behavior can be taught and learned.

 

When kids struggle academically, good information and data can guide the way to teach them best.

 

Solid partnerships between kids, parents, and teachers will lead to learning.

 

All kids have strengths and weaknesses. The key is to use those strengths to overcome their weaknesses.
