Dr.
Jewell can provide program evaluation services to schools, government
agencies, and nonprofit agencies.
He currently consults with Madison County Probation and Court Services,
as well as the St. Clair County Youth Coalition. Previous program
evaluation efforts have examined probationee recidivism, program
effectiveness, community needs, and psychological instrument selection.
Dr. Jewell has experience with state and federal grant-writing, and can
serve as a grant co-author or grant-specified program evaluator.
